About us
8 years ago Isaac moved to London, without knowing any English and very little experience of international cooking.
However every time he came home to Tui, he would always share his dream of one day opening up his own restaurant in a place dear to his heart.
In just 60 days he left the UK, drove all their belongings to Spain, designed, renovated and built the interior of Emma’s and get the recipes that had been stored up in his head over the years to finally become a reality.
Right after viewing the restaurant, located on the Camino way, he called his fiance Emma to ask her opinion to move their whole life to Galicia.
She said yes… for the second time.
In just 60 days he left the UK, drove all their belongings to Spain, designed, renovated and built the interior of Emma’s leaving him just 5 days to get the recipes that had been stored up in his head over the years to finally become a reality.
Emma’s was opened on the 14th April 2022.
As Emma is a part of Isaac’s Camino through life.
