12 Lunas red is a ‘coupage’ made from Tempranillo, Garnacha, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, in percentages that vary each year. This vintage has spent 9 months in second- and third-use French oak barrels, previously used to raise Grillo. The nose is fruity, with toasted nuances from its aging in barrels. Even so, it is fresh on the palate, with very good acidity.
