The grapes with which this wine is obtained come from 12 hectares of Cabernet-Sauvignon vineyards and 32 hectares of very old Monastrell vineyards with a very low yield. They are harvested in small boxes to prevent possible damage, then they are classified on a selection table. The wine has remained for 24 months in new French and American oak barrels to obtain its level of complexity. Deep cherry red with a garnet edge. Intense nose of ripe fruits, blackberries, blueberries and candied fruit, with notes of roasted coffee, cocoa and licorice that give it finesse and elegance. Tasty and powerful, it has a great structure, with very concentrated and sweet tannins, a multitude of pleasant sensations and a long, elegant and sweet finish on the palate. Power, meatiness, flavor and opulence are combined on the palate of this wine that gradually grows in the bottle. Due to its organoleptic characteristics, it is a wine that can accompany a wide variety of dishes, rice dishes, all kinds of meats, roasts, large and small game meats, poultry, stews… ideal for after-dinner meals and certain types of desserts.
